Privacy Policy
When you sign up for updates from Mind Moto, LLC, we only ask for your email address. Here is exactly how we handle it.
Effective Date: January 1, 2027
What we collect and why
We collect your email so we can keep you in the loop on our product development and upcoming crowdfunding campaigns on platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo. We also use it to reply if you reach out to us directly with questions or support requests.
Data sharing
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your contact info. Your email stays with us and the secure email platform we use to manage our newsletter list. We aren’t in the business of handing over your data to outside marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.
Security and opting out
We take standard digital precautions to keep our subscriber list secure. If you ever want to stop receiving messages, just click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send, and you’ll be removed from the active list immediately.
Updates and contact
If we ever change how we handle privacy, we will update this page and let you know. If you have any questions, just reach out to us at info@mindmoto.com.
When you visit this website
When you join the waitlist, we also note the date and time you signed up and, if you came from one of our links, a short label for where it was shared (for example, “instagram”), so we know which places people find us.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles basic technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare also stores the waitlist.
While you use Build Your Own and the Home page, your browser briefly remembers your choices (like your desk and modules) so they don’t reset when you move between pages. This stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab. We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers.
“Do Not Track” signals: we don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends one.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.
